Our handmade paper is made to order to promote freshness and contains a special mix of 'premium' garden flower seeds: Zinnia, pink cosmos, snapdragons, red and pink poppies, white daisies, blue cornflowers and flax, yellow calendula, dianthus/Sweet Williams, marigolds, black-eyed susans, godetia, and other desirable garden flower seeds. Other seed paper often contains too many lower quality 'wildflower' type seeds, such as baby's breath/sweet alyssum, that are considered weeds. Our premium quality seed mix contains a pollinator-friendly mix of both annuals, for first year color, and also perennials for blooms in years to follow. Herb seed paper, veggie seed paper, and custom seed paper with specific seeds are also available at extra cost.

Planting is simple but not foolproof. Plant like you would other seeds - under a thin layer of damp soil in full sunlight. Seeds sprout best in warm, damp soil. Shoots grow strongest in sunlight. You can plant our seed paper inside in a small pot or outside in a pot or garden space. Most flowers can bloom entirely indoors in a small pot using a heat mat and grow lights. We are a female-led, mission-driven, independent business based in Walla Walla, WA that manufactures paper with seeds embedded in it using sustainable techniques. We are one of the premier producers of seed-embedded paper in the world and are a leader in this specialty paper market. Our client roster includes Toyota, PetSmart, Coca-Cola, Moët Henessy, AirBnB, Snapchat, and numerous small businesses and individuals who wish to promote the same values we hold dear: Love, kindness, and care for the environment.

For a custom shape, a piece can be designed. Something like that requires extra time and cost. It will typically be about $90-120 plus the cost of the pieces and will require at least 2-3 weeks lead time. Some pieces may have a higher cost ($200-250) depending on the nature of the design. It's not usually worthwhile unless you need to order thousands for a company event or promotion. In some cases, we may have a piece similar to what you are looking for that can be done for $30-80 instead. If you're curious, contact us with an image or idea of what you're hoping for and we will provide a quote, same day if possible.

** Plant them, they grow! **

Seeds are a perennial favorite at weddings and these are a fresh and modern take. These flowers are handmade from our lovely seed paper that can be planted to grow! The seed paper is also handmade by us, and one flower contains dozens if not hundreds of seeds embedded right inside the paper.

Use them for weddings, birthday parties, corporate promotions, fundraisers and more. We can customize the cards to suit any event. The cards offer plenty of space to personalize and customize as you wish. The back of the card includes a colorful polka dot spot you can lay the flower over to show through. Clear, resealable envelopes are included.

More are available by request, and so are custom variations.

Choose pink gerber daisies, yellow sunflowers, white shasta daisies, cotton candy pink cosmos, or any color scheme of your choosing. If you have a specific color request that is not listed in the drop down menu, please select 'other' as the color and type the color/s you would like into the notes to seller box at checkout. Bachelor buttons of blue with a light blue center? We can do it! Add on of our custom seed mixes to your cart and have only that specific seed type used in the paper, exclusively yours!

............. PLANTING SEEDS ..............
We make our plantable paper on a made-to-order basis to ensure it is fresh and not gathering dust in inventory or a warehouse. Seeds in the paper are a specially chosen mix of annuals, for first year color, and perennials for blooms in the years to follow: Snapdragons, pink cosmos, white shasta daisies, zinnia, red and pink poppies, cornflowers, columbine, black-eyed susans, calendula, godetia, marigold, Sweet Williams, dianthus, and other pretty garden flower seeds as available. Many attract butterflies, bees, hummingbirds and other pollinators. Planting is simple but not foolproof: Plant just under fertile soil in warm sunlight and keep damp to grow. Plant when the conditions are right for your growing area. Keep the paper dry and out of direct sunlight until it's time to plant it. Paper should be used within 18-24 months for best results but will last much longer if it's stored well.

** Because not everyone has time to spare, request our white glove service and have the seed packages assembled ready-to-go for you inside the bags. Already assembled favors are priced at $3 each. Please contact us prior to your order if you would like this service.

wonderful product, seller was responsive with messages. A tiny bit disappointed in having to actually putting it together, but it did give "grandma" a way to contribute to our event.
