Care: Wipe with a clean, wet cloth when needed. Dry clean only.

Shipping: products will be shipped within 2 business days of placing of the order. These days are merely indicative and your order could be shipped prior to or later than the mentioned date depending on the availability, customization and other factors attached to your order.

Refund: Refunds will only be made if the the order at delivery is damaged, faulty or wrong. No refund will be made if the order has been delivered with the color and size as selected by the customer while placing the order. In the event of an error made by Fuschion the product can either be replaced or the amount can be refunded in consultation with the customer. We advice customers to check the quality/quantity of the product before placing an order.

Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product: If a product is damaged or with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been delivered, please contact fuschion2015 [!at] gmail.com . Please provide comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the order/package delivered to you. Please note that Fuschion shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer emails. Upon examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to wrong information provided by the customer while placing order, then Fuschion shall make the necessary modifications/alternations at the cost of the customer. All costs associated with shipping of the order to Fuschion and modified order to the customer shall be borne by the customer. All defective products are to be returned to Fuschion in its original condition, original packaging and with the invoice.

Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be entertained after 24 hours.
