Will post a pic when it’s up on the wall, but for now it is an amazing mirror and beautifully made and distressed. Impressive personal service with plenty of communication. Arrived quicker than I was expecting and in perfect condition and packed very carefully. Highly recommend this company and just bought a few more items today.
The mirror is clearly well crafted and is absolutely stunning, I can't wait to style it! Suzie & Roger provided excellent customer service throughout the purchasing process. Unfortunately the mirror was broken in transit by the delivery company which was out of the shop's control. As a result, Suzie & Roger were kind enough to go out of their way to deliver the mirror to me personally despite it being quite a distance and for which I was very grateful for as a customer. Would absolutely recommend this shop :)
Absolutely delighted with our mirror! It really is a lovely item and we are so pleased with how it looks. Service was friendly and prompt. Only small thing was the cost of delivery was rather pricey, but it was a specialist glass courier, so paying for extra piece of mind and quality service. I would definitely recommend Brightonroc for anyone looking for something unique and well-made. Thank you!
