What's the best way to contact you?

The best way is to use etsy's messaging (conversions) to contact me if you have any questions about an item or about an order. Regular emailing may go into spam box and will not be the best form of communication.

How long is processing time?

Each item can have different processing time. This is Etsy's "ship by _____ days" time. Typically, it can take , 1, 1-3 or 3-5 business days depending on the items, since items are made to order and some are custom made to order. If no personalization or customization is needed, sometimes this can be cut down in time. Things like place cards can take longer. Feel free to contact me if you have questions. Where do you ship from and what carrier?

I ship from Dallas Texas (Richardson) in the US. I use USPS. So anyone shipping within the US, please provide a USPS deliverable address. AGAIN shipping upgrade can be purchased here. How long is shipping time with USPS?

First class within the US will take 4-10 business days. Most of the time it is the quicker time but sometimes if there are delays or there are holidays or busy seasons, then it can be the latter. UPGRADE WITHIN THE US? Priority - 2-4 business days- will depend on USPS to be on schedule. Each package has to go through the country's customs & sometimes that can cause delays. Customs & duty tax are responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your country's regulations. Do you do custom signs and card?

Yes, in most cases, I will be able to do that. Just use etsy's messaging (conversations) to contact me. Text for customization must not be copyrighted nor trademarked material. Text should be written by you and not something copied from the internet or pinterest. If requesting a customs sign, please send the wording and also the size 5x7 or 8x10. I'm unable to do anything larger than 8x10 due to printer and shipping constraint.

Can I ask you what font you used or how you did something?

I'm sorry I do not disclose and will not be able help with font information, equipment nor process information or anything else business related.

Can I get something in digital format?

I'm sorry, I do not provide any digital files for any of the items. They are all mailed hard copies.

Order time and tracking

If your event is LESS THAN 2 weeks, then make sure to purchase shipping upgrade below. If your event is less than 1 week. Message response time

Note that if you message on one day and message again the next day, Etsy will move your message up as if it was more recent. I answer messages backwards from oldest to newest. So if you message every day, it will appear as though you had just messaged me and will take longer to get back. Also please do note there will be long holiday weekends and messages will not be answered until the following business day. Toward long holidays weekends, there can be 2-3 business days response time Business days also DOES NOT include weekends, So it can appear to be 5 days when it's 2 due to the 3 weekend days. Keep in mind these holidays (dates may vary slightly each year). JAN 1, JAN 21st, FEB 18, MAY 27, JULY 4, SEPT 2, OCT 14, NOV 11, NOV 28, DEC 25.

What is "Ready to Ship"?

There has been confusion on order that is suppose to be delivered in 1-3 business days or 3-5 business days. However, please do note ****IMPORTANT*** that Etsy shows "Ready to ship" of 1-3 business days or 3-5 business days means thats the time it takes for me to process the order. I do make each item, so things do and can take time. This is NOT the delivery time. Delivery time is the estimated time for USPS to actually deliver the items. Read the shipping time above to get info on estimates. Again also if you need to upgrade an order, the link is available in the shop announcement, the above shipping time FAQ, and also in the "Shipping Upgrade" section in the shop as a listing you can purchase.
