I got this for my dad, who wanted a thick, plain leather belt. Despite this being a seller who makes Renaissance Faire accessories, it is a wearable, everyday type of belt that is simple and not constume-y. I was thrown off by the sizing. My dad has a 34-inch waist, so I ordered the 34-38 size, thinking it would be right. It turned out that it was far too short. I had to order the 40-44 instead, which was much better. Rather than return the original, I gave it to my nephew, who was excited to get a new belt, as well.
