Once you've added all the items you wanted to purchase into your "basket", then you are given an option to "Proceed to payment". That's when you get an option either to "Pay using PayPal", or right underneath that there is an option called "Pay with Card". It is also very safe way to pay for your purchases, only takes a bit longer as you've got to enter all the payment details manually.

Why is the amount changes when I come to the end of my check out? It looks like the sum multiplies substantially?

My PayPal account only accepts payments in Israeli shekels that is why the price is changing into this currency during the check-out. 1$ is about 4$. Please don't worry, you are paying EXACTLY the same price you saw in US currency on your computer. It is only changing into shekels right before the payment. You can check that amount is absolutely the same. If you look carefully you'll see that Israeli currency sign (ILS) appears which only means that transaction went through and I am going to receive this payment is shekels and not $, € or £

pass". In Jewish folklore the proverb is associated with the great King
Solomon who was humbled by it. According to tradition King Solomon wore a
ring inscribed with this proverb. Whenever king Solomon was unhappy, he
would look at the ring that said - this shall pass. Whenever unhappy, king
Solomon would rotate the ring which then said - this too shall pass (gam
ze ya'avor).

Shipping time was incredibly fast. It arrived in 10 days which is excellent considering it was being shipped from Israel to the U.S. The shop owner is friendly and responded to my messages quickly. The pendant is thin so it is not heavy. It is beautifully made and it comes with a shiny rolo chain. I ordered it in gold vermeil and it looks exactly like the picture. I will definitely order from this shop again.

I love love love this necklace, SO beautiful! Wonderful gift for anyone special in your life, or even a gift for yourself. I would recommend going with a longer necklace but that's a personal preference.
