The measurements in the pattern describe where you will have to fold the pages of your book. The number in the first column indicates which sheet you are on. The number in the second column indicates how far to fold down the top corner of that sheet. The number in the third column indicates how far to fold up the bottom corner of that sheet. All measurements are in centimeters and are calculated from the upper right corner of the sheet.
