The item itself looks great. I think it's priced a little high for what you get, but unfortunately there's not much out there for girls regarding Star Wars birthday decorations. However, the seller has items they apparently used to sell that's shown in the listing images. I contacted the seller multiple times with no response. Those listing images need to be deleted if the seller is no longer selling them or willing to respond to questions about them. So customer service is 0 stars. The item itself is 5 stars because you get what you expect. The price is 4 stars.
