Please kindly understand sterling silver does get tarnished. How fast it gets tarnished depends on how you care for your jewelry and the nature of your sweat. All sterling silver, no matter the source, will naturally oxidize over time. As with any jeweler, we cannot control this natural occurrence as many factors can contribute to the oxidation of sterling silver. However, unlike electroplated metals, .925 Sterling Silver pieces can always be easily returned right back to their original luster with appropriate polish/sterling cleaner. With proper care & cleaning, your sterling silver will last for years to come.

Though we will always strive to ship your order as soon as we possibly can, due to the handcrafted, highly customized nature of each piece we make special to order, please allow 2-6 aprox Business Days (excluding weekends & US holidays) for your custom piece(s) to ship from our Florida studio. We will keppe updating our processing time on our update section.

We currently ship via USPS first class, priority mail and priority mail express.. Once your order has been completed and shipped, most packages will arrive within 2-3 business days via the USPS or within 5-7 business days via UPS Ground when shipping to a destination within the US.
International orders take longer to arrive at their final destinations due to customs and necessary extended transit times. Please allow additional time for international order deliveries (typically 1-2 weeks).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an Etsy notification email containing your unique tracking number.

Because each Dainty Layers piece is custom made to order, typically no changes to your order can be made once your order has been submitted. If you placed the order within 12 hours, you may reach out to us via Etsy Convo to see if the order can still be amended before going in to production.

1.- Select the item, style and other options from dropdown mene and on notes to seller let us know your personalization.

We can exchange the length of your piece at no extra cost. Please follow the steps:
1.- Return to
2.- Add a note with your request, name, order #
3.- Please add a return PAID envelope or labels. (If not returned paid label is included we wont be able to send the package back to you)

We understand that mistake happens, and we will be more than happy to repeat the piece, however, a remake fee will be apply (profit free) and you will be responsible for the shipping fees.

Please send us a message asap and we will be happy to fix the error if it came from our part. We will remake the piece and resend it to you asap.
