Scrabble tiles are a variety of new, used, vintage, & SCRABBLE LIKE TILES (some are handmade but are the exact same size/style of real scrabble letters. Each tile will vary slightly by color/style tile. They are all natural wood colored. I do not carry black, burgundy, or cream color variations.

Scrabble tiles have a special place in my heart for remembering family nights, sitting round the table playing a rousing game! Do you have the same memories or love for Scrabble??

For "CUSTOM ORNAMENTS" all customers must leave a note at checkout stating the requested name preference/spelling. If customer forgets to add the note, please message me IMMEDIATELY with your chosen name and I'll be happy to note the requested name on your order.

If NO name is given, I will contact you ASAP via Etsy Message. I will not ship your item until I have message confirmation. I understand that some orders are rushed with a 1 day turn around, but if the name has not been confirmed, I will NOT mail out your item. Please keep this is mind when ordering, as to lessen any confusion or errors.

If your order is lost in the mail, I will be happy to remake and ship for $5 (per item) first class OR $8 (per item) priority. Please message me, if your order has not arrived 5 weeks from the "Marked Shipped" date. I will create a listing for $5 or $8 (per item). NEW ORDER will ship ASAP!

SHIPPING DELAY:
I cannot give refunds for delays by USPS. There are many reasons for delays, weather, travel, etc. I can only estimate time it will take to arrive - this applies to free ship, first class & priority.

FREE SHIPPING - if an order is canceled/returned/refunded, $5 shipping/restocking fee will be taken out of the refund total. If needing to remail due to “unable deliver” a $1.75 reship cost will apply.

Orders with FREE SHIPPING - if your order has been returned to me by the USPS post office for any reason (incorrect address, unable to deliver, unable to forward, etc), I can reship your order at $1.75.
