I really love multi-function apparel and this maxi skirt hits the spot! Features a comfy fabric waistband,knee length side slits and nice long adjustable side ties that create a variety of lengths and looks!I left the tie casing edges raw to create a great texture and the hem is also left raw(makes it easy for you to trim in case you'd like to shorten.)This is designed to sit just above your hips.For some this will also work as a strapless dress!

The band measures 5 inches and the skirt from band measures 38 inches
