What are average shipping times?

Average shipping times for international orders is 10 to 30 working days. If you need an item quickly please contact me before ordering so I can let you know if I can fulfill your requirements. UK 2 to 10 working days. Please note that I take 2 to 3 days to process items ready for postage. Shipping times start from when I mark the item(s) as shipped in Etsy.

Why haven't I got a tracking number?

Tracking is very expensive in the UK so to keep postage costs to a minimum all packages are sent untracked unless you upgraded your shipping to tracked at checkout.

Where do I find the size of an item?

I photograph all items next to a ruler as a size reference on the 4th photo. All the measurement can be found in the Item Details under Dimensions.

Wholesale enquiries /bulk discounts

It is only me making all the items and running the business so I cannot cater for wholesale or bulk orders. I keep my prices low so have no room for discounts

Can I get a coupon/discount?

I keep my prices low all the time so have no room for discounts. I also do not run sales or give coupons on social media for my Etsy shop.

Can I get more than one of an item?

Most of my items are listed singly as natural stones vary so I take photos of each item. I usually can make multiples of an item and can list as such if asked but they will vary slightly due to natural variation. Please do message me if you need more than you see listed.

Are your stones real?

I buy from UK suppliers that have been established for almost 50 years. They specialise in sourcing gemstones and minerals from all over the world. They are extremely experienced and buy directly from the mines. My stones are genuine and as such will often have flaws and occlusions on the outside and inside. This is part of the natural stone's beauty. Please note that whilst my gemstones are genuine it is common practice to enhance stones by dying, heat treatment or sometimes very expensive stones will be mosaic stones or reconstituted where smaller pieces are placed in resin to create a larger piece making expensive stones available at a reasonable price.

It is just me running the business and making all the jewellery so unfortunately I often can't accept custom orders due to the extra time involved.

Returns/Refunds terms & conditions

You must contact me before returning items. Any problem/damage on receiving the item must be reported within 7 days. Accidental damage that occurs after delivery is not liable for a refund/replacement. Any faults that occur within 180 days from ordering will be considered for replacement on a case by case basis & must be reported within this period. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility. Items must be returned in a box & padded envelope or postal box & be returned in their original condition for refunds/cancelled orders. I am not liable for items lost/damaged further during transit of returns caused by poor packaging or 3rd party postal errors so I recommend tracking & insurance. Refunds will be issued once the item is received.

I do not sell business to business and currently I do not support reselling my items.

Please note I do not make any healing or other claims for my jewellery. I only use genuine semi precious stones which contain colour variation & occlusions these are part of the natural stone.

This is a lovely garnet ring with the added advantage that it is adjustable. The stone is just the right size for my finger too. Very good. Would recommend.
