Returns and Exchanges - NOT ACCEPTED - Please read below for more details

THIS STORE DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. If you are unsure if the product you are looking at is the right item for your project, please contact us BEFORE PURCHASING. We will do our best to help you find what you are looking for. We otherwise assume you are a smart individual and that you know what you are buying. Once the item is shipped, that's it. NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Do you ship to Germany or the EU?

THIS SHOP DOES NOT SHIP TO GERMANY. Some products, listed before Dec. 13th, 2024 are still available for EU shipping. If the item in your cart shows shipping charges to the EU, then that item is still eligible for sale to your region. All other items are non-EU and non-EEA compliant and cannot be sold to your region. All orders from Germany will be immediately cancelled due to the packaging laws. If you have an address outside Germany, you may ship there.

Do you have your own website?

We are slowly migrating towards selling on our own independent platform in order to serve you better. Please visit us at www.leatherstripperstore.com to sign up to our newsletter and to be notified when new products are released.

Tariffs, duties, brokerage, CUSMA compliance for residents of the USA

All our items are produced in Canada. Items going to the USA are CUSMA compliant and will be sent with all the required paperwork for duty-free consideration. Packages going to the USA may still have to pay brokerage. In some cases, where duties have been erroneously charged on the CUSMA compliant item, if you do not accept the package, we cannot argue our case. So it is very important to accept your package, especially if tariffs are charged on delivery. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN FOR REFUSAL TO ACCEPT DELIVERY.

USA CUSTOMERS: The U.S. administration has announced a new 50% tariff on roughly $20 billion to $28 billion worth of Canadian goods, set to take effect on August 19, 2026. Shipping prices include these tariffs and may be increased if what you pay in shipping charges at checkout doesn't cover the total amount required to ship given these new tariffs. If shipping charges do not cover these new tariffs, you will be billed separately and must pay the tariffs invoice before your goods will be shipped.
