4. Godparents names (only if you request)
5. Choose one Ribbon Color - Light Blue, Light Pink, White or Lavender
6. Please choose 4 charms from the pictures just in case the charm you chose is not available. Or we will choose a similar charm that you chose if delivery date is close to event date.

Note: charm dangles and is not glued to the candle.
