A custom order is anything created just for you. It can be a variation of an existing item currently not offered in the shop or completely new design that you would like me to make for you. These items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange and cannot be cancelled once I start on your order, that includes ordering materials specifically for your purchase.

All my photos are magnified to show detail. I take all the measurements carefully, they are all written in close approximations and in clear bullet points style, so you can read easily. Please take a minute to read them and check all images to avoid disappointment.

When will my item ship

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Most items take 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated in the listing. If you need a rush on an order please contact me directly and I will do my best to accommodate you.

GOLD-FILLED - 14k Gold filled is considerably durable and considered a lifetime piece of jewelry. This is NOT gold plated or gold dipped vermeil jewelry which can chip off over time with wear. Gold filled metal is essentially a 14k gold tube filled with an inner core metal such as brass and has been mechanically bonded with high very hot heat. It will never chip or flake off such as gold plated metals. There is over 100 times more gold in 14k gold filled jewelry in comparison to a mere thin coat of paint in gold plated or vermeil jewelry.

STERLING SILVER- Sterling silver jewelry is made with genuine silver.

How to care for your jewelry

Let your piece soak in a little bit of warm sudsy water such as dish soap, rinse well and pat dry with a non-scratching cloth. Polish gently with a soft cloth if needed or just let air dry.
Avoid chemical jewelry dip cleaners and cloths as they will likely cause more damage than good to your jewelry.
Avoid salt water and chlorine water.
