Custom engagement gift first christmas ornament keepsake handmade from soft clay with hand drawn and painted image of the couples proposal site; personalized with names and engagement or wedding date. Measures about 4" round. Please note that I do not paint portraits of people.


MY PROCESS:

Handmade to order from soft clay, stamped with the couples names, engagement date and place of proposal then kiln fired to a bisque state. Afterwards I sketch the custom portrait in pencil then outline the drawing with black glaze. The design is hand painted with non-toxic, lead-free pottery glaze colors then fired once again to a beautiful, long lasting gloss finish. Tied off with a "Happily ever after" ribbon.
