-Your last name initial will go in the middle. For example, Katy Elizabeth Smith would be KSE. To avoid confusion, please supply the full first, middle and last name, as well as the initials.
-If you just supply initials and not the full name we will assume they are in monogram format and we will print them just as they are written in the note to seller box.
