This seller has been very slow to respond to messages, including print customization requests and a request for a tracking number after the order was placed 2 weeks ago. After I posted an initial negative review today, the seller finally provided a tracking number. The shipping delays seem to be caused by the mail carrier, not the seller, but communication about the situation (and a tracking number on the day the shipping info was created) would have helped. I will update when the carrier delivers the item.
