***Note that copyright does not transfer with sale. You are purchasing a limited license to use Pixel Garden designs. All copyrights, intellectual rights and ownership of images and designs remains with Pixel Garden at all times.


Pixel Garden designs are perfect for personal and small commercial use:

* Scrapbooking and craft projects;
* Personal invitations, greeting cards, banners, tags, stationery, postcards and such;
* Personal blogs, websites and social media pages as background, elements, logos and such;
* Small commercial use up to 100 units if you credit our shop in the description of your product. If you wish to use any of our digital items for large scale commercal use (more than 100 units), please purchase a commercial license.

*** Personal use means that you use Pixel Garden designs in small quantities of personal projects and purposes.

*** If you use Pixel Garden designs online, the files must be in resolution no larger than 72 dpi and in a flattened format.


Pixel Garden designs CANNOT be used as follows:

* Claim them as your own designs;
* Sell, redistribute, share the files or give away for free;
* Resell “as is” or in modified form - printed or digital;
* Share and post the items in full resolution online;
* Print on demand websites e.g. - CafePress, Zazzle, Spoonflower etc.;
* For commercial purposes and mass production- advertising, branding, banners, web design etc.


*** COMMERCIAL USE***

If you wish to use Pixel Garden designs for any other purpose other than what is allowed by the terms of use, in some cases commerical license is required.
