No problem, I work with all sizes. Just choose US size 000 and write your size in the note to seller. I can make any size and I can also work with dimensions in mm (inner circumference or inner diameter).

I recommend getting your finger measured in a local jewellery store or buying a ring sizer. I can send a free ring sizer to UK buyers, please contact me if you need one.

All my made to order rings can be exchanged for a different size or resized. Your only cost would be return shipping.
One of a kind rings or custom orders may not be resizable (usually if they have stones in them). Contact me if you would like to know more.

Unfortunately, I can’t do engraving. I recommend having it done locally after receiving the ring.

Yes. I have the same return policies for ready to ship and made to order items. No reason for return needs to be given and you will receive a full refund including original shipping.
Rings with some requested changes (different width, stone or metal) are considered to be custom orders. Custom orders are not eligible for returns, but I usually offer a partial refund (50-80%), store credit or other solution.

Most rings have 2-3 weeks turnaround time, some have 3-4 weeks.
For UK orders - the shipping takes 1-2 days.
EU orders should arrive in 3-6 days, but I recommend allowing at least 2 weeks for shipping to be sure.
International - approx. 90% of packages will arrive in 1-3 weeks, some in 4 weeks and very rarely it may take longer.
For weddings in two months or more it is usually safe to order with standard shipping. For weddings in 6-8 weeks I recommend considering express shipping if you need to be 100% sure. For weddings sooner than 6 weeks I strongly recommend express shipping.
I use 2-4 days courier for express. If you need to have your item in one month or sooner, please contact me before placing the order, usually it is possible to do.

Most of my jewellery is shipped with tracking and signature on delivery. Only limited tracking is available for Australia and some other countries.
Orders over £300 are sent by safe and fully tracked courier services.
Orders under £50 are sent without tracking.
I am 100% responsible for lost or damaged packages.
