For US addresses ONLY: each pack has its own tracking number sent in a notification of shipment after the order is dispatched. All prints are sealed in poly bags for moisture protection and shipped inside mailing tubes (or appropriately sized stay-flat envelopes) for further protection. Shipping fee contains the cost of packaging as well.

Q: How long does it take for my order to be processed?
A: It depends. We'll be able to create your order in 4-9 business days. Then add the extra time for shipping, which depends on where you're shipping to.

Q: What tracking options are there?
A: All orders that are delivered within the United States by USPS have full tracking available. We'll give you a tracking number as well as a link where you can follow up on the status of the order. This is the link where you can do that: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction. For international orders, full tracking is not yet available.

Q: How are your posters packaged for shipment?
A: Posters are shipped in kraft tube boxes with plastic end caps ensuring protection during shipment.

Q: How do you package framed posters?
A: Frames are first wrapped in tissue paper to protect them from scratches. Next they are wrapped in a layer of adhesive bubble wrap. Finally they are wrapped once again in a thicker more durable bubble wrap, adding extra protection during shipment. Frames and canvases are usually shipped in corrugated boxes ranging in the dimensions of 26x20x18" to 28x5.5x38" depending on requirements.

Q: Who pays the customs duties & taxes?
A: Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. The client is responsible for these fees. These duties are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer in each country.

Q: Are your products eco-friendly?
A: All our shipping products are either 100% recyclable or fully biodegradable. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content. Our kraft tubes are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and 0-30% secondary recycled content.

Q: What material are the poster frames made of and what color? What is the thickness of the frame? Are the frames matted?
A: Our frames are wood and made in Los Angeles. Acrylic covers the print and the frames are black. The frames have a border of 1" making the final diameter of a Framed Poster 1" large all around. ie. 24" x 36" = 26" x 38". Frames are not matted.
