When will my order ship?

Orders ship in 3-5 business days. Business days include Monday through Friday. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays recognized in the United States. Feel free to message us if you have any questions =)

What service will be used to ship my order?

Fewer then 10 items will ship with First Class service via USPS. Utilizing First Class service, when possible, saves you money =) Ten items or more will ship with Priority service via USPS. If you are purchasing fewer than 10 items and need a faster delivery service than what First Class service provides, there is a Priority upgrade option available as you check out. Feel free to message us if you have any questions =)

What if I need my order shipped sooner than 3-5 business days?

If you need your order shipped sooner than 3-5 business, please send us a message prior to placing your order. We usually answer within an hour during normal business hours. We will do our best to accommodate special shipping requests.

How long does it take to receive an order shipped First Class versus Priority?

USPS' website indicates that First Class packages should be received in 3-5 days and Priority shipments should be received in 2-3 days depending on the recipient's location. Experience has shown us that First Class can take up to 10 days. Neither First Class nor Priority services are guaranteed by USPS. If you have questions on which service will work for your specific needs, feel free to message us =)

Does shipping for my order automatically include insurance?

Orders shipped with Priority service automatically include up to $100 of insurance. First Class orders do not include insurance. If you need insurance on your First Class order, feel free to message us and we will be happy to set that up for you =)

Will you ship my order overnight?

Absolutely! Message us prior to checking out with your selections and we will be happy to send pricing options =)

Please read all information carefully. This product is CPSIA certified as child safe being phthalate and lead free. It is printed with Eco-Solvent ink. Please be aware that because this type of heat transfer vinyl is printed, it DOES NOT COME WITH APPLICATION TAPE OR ANY TYPE OF CARRIER. It is strongly recommended that you purchase the Siser TTD Easy Mask, which is also available for $1.75 for a 12” x 19” sheet. It is possible (BUT NOT GUARANTEED) that you may be able to get two uses out of each piece of Easy Mask. Prior to use, use a lint roller on fabric to remove excess fibers. After the first use, immediately place used Easy Mask back on Easy Mask backing. Cut pattern with the printed side facing up. DO NOT cut pattern mirrored or in reverse.

Washing Instructions:
Turn garment inside out. Machine wash COLD with mild detergent. NO bleach. Dry at a normal dryer setting on household machines. Do not dry clean. Instructions apply to the material only, please follow garment washing instructions as well.

Application Instructions:
Cut pattern with the printed side facing up. DO NOT cut pattern mirrored or in reverse. Preheat Garment for 2 to 3 seconds at 295°F/146°C. Apply medium pressure for about 15-20 seconds and then peel HOT.

Testing:
Always test on a fabric swatch prior to production, especially on heavily treated fabrics.

Note: This product is Phthalate-free, lead-free, is child safe, and is CPSIA certified; actual sheet size may vary +/- 1/4"; HTV sheets are custom printed therefore it is possible there will be slight color variations between batches.
