We take all necessary steps to ensure smooth and efficient international shipments. All international shipments will include detailed documents required at customs clearance points throughout your shipment’s journey. However, your packages may still be subject to import duties, and taxes levied once the package reaches your country. The recipient is the importer of records and must comply with all destination country laws and regulations.

We love our products, and we hope you do too! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days. All items must be in original, new, and unworn condition in the original packaging. We will provide instructions and a RA number. Please ensure your item is returned as soon as possible – Return products must be returned to us within 14 days. A 15% restocking fee will apply for returns received after 14 days, and a store credit will be issued. No returns will be accepted after 21 days.

Please note that shipping charges, including any fees such as customs duties and taxes, are non-refundable. A $5 fee applies to all returns. Free outbound shipping does not apply to returned orders.

Our goal is to expedite your order as quickly as possible; we allow a 1-hour window for any changes or cancellations to your order. Please note all cancellation requests on personalized orders will be subject to a 10% fee. We cannot cancel orders that have entered the production process. We try our best to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee that the changes will be made once the order is submitted.

If there is an issue with your address and your order has already been shipped, it is impossible to correct the address. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you with instructions for reshipment.

All personalizations will be produced exactly as submitted and following the item's personalization standards. Select SINGLE-SIDED for charm with one side engraved; Select DOUBLE-SIDED for charm with both sides engraved (Please note your order will be processed as single side engraving unless DOUBLE-SIDED is selected).

Please contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery to arrange for an alteration* service. We offer minor alterations on sizing at a reasonable fee (labor cost for adjusting the length and material). Please contact us to discuss the cost further.

Use a tape measure. Wrap the tape measure around the wrist on which you plan to wear your bracelet. Make a note of the number at the point where the tape meets the 0. If your wrist falls between quarter-inch increments, round up to the nearest quarter inch.

• Add 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch to your base wrist measurement for snug-fitting.
• Add 3/4 inch to 1 inch for a comfortable standard fit.
• Add 1 1/4 inch for a looser fit.
