What are your frame sizes and style options.

5x7 & 8x10 = Honey or Black frame 11x14, 12x16, 16x20 & 18x24 = Black, Honey, Dark, Cherry or Whitewashed frame Frame styles include: Lodge, Flat, Round and Ridged *Please specify desired frame color in Notes to Seller if not available in variations. If you do not specify a color, we will send Honey. We can do custom sizes as well. Those take a little longer as they have to be special ordered.

Do your mattes come with frames? Do your frames come with glass?

Yes, each of our mattes comes with a frame (customized matte, frame, glass and backer board) to easily display on a wall, mantel, shelf, etc.

Is there a finish on the matte? Can I get the matte in another color?

Personalized items are not eligible for return. Returns or Exchanges are accepted on all items that are not personalized. Please contact us within 10 days of delivery for more information. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

What are your items made from and how are the mattes made?

Our mats are made from Indiana Hardwood Oak and are carefully designed by one of our talented designers to meet your needs and wants, then laser cut/engraved. The frames are all solid wood frames that are made in Michigan.

What are the layout options or emblem/logo options?

If you see an option for layout or emblem/logo in the variations, check out the 2nd and/or 3rd picture in the listing for the different options. Select the corresponding letter/number for the option you want.

We ship via USPS Parcel Select Ground, unless otherwise specified. Parcel Select Ground does not come with insurance. You can upgrade to USPS Priority at checkout to receive insurance and for faster delivery. Upgrading to Express shipping will ship your item by the ship date on the order using USPS Express.
