Your project begins with our comprehensive Brand Discovery Questionnaire. This ensures I have all the strategic information needed to create your authentic brand identity.

2. After your purchase, I will send you a detailed questionnaire.
3. Once all your concepts have been approved, your final files will be emailed to you.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Only digital files will be sent; no physical items will be shipped.
- I own the copyright to any design that has not been approved for final production. You will have full ownership of the designs once they have been approved and finalised, and you can modify them in any way you want in the future.
- Due to the customizable nature of the products, I am unable to provide a refund/return/exchange once the design process has begun.
- The font license is not included but can be purchased separately; a license link is included in the final package if you need to purchase an additional license.
