THE PROCESS
1. Add this listing to your shopping cart.

2. After your purchase, I will send you a detailed questionnaire.

3. As soon as I receive the item (2) above, I will send you a creative direction for your approval.

4. Your logo concepts will be delivered within 7 business days.

5. Next, we'll design business cards, thank you cards, and social media graphics.

6. Once all your concepts have been approved, your final files will be emailed to you.

The timeline will be determined by our ability to communicate in time.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Only digital files will be sent; no physical items will be shipped.
- I own the copyright to any design that has not been approved for final production. You will have full ownership of the designs once they have been approved and finalized, and you can modify them in any way you want in the future.
- Due to the customizable nature of the products, I am unable to provide a refund/return/exchange once the design process has begun.
- The font license is not included but can be purchased separately; a license link is included in the final package if you need to purchase an additional license.
