Current Production Time

My current production time is 2 weeks. I am unable to accept any rush orders during this time. After June 10th, I will resume my normal 5 - 7 business day processing time. All items are crocheted in the order in which they were received. If you need your order sooner than that, please contact me PRIOR to purchase.

Custom and personalized orders

I welcome all custom orders. I greatly enjoy making one-of-a-kind pieces for customers that I know can give them the quality and price that they seek. Up to two weeks time is needed for all custom orders. If you do not see a color or size that you like, please contact me PRIOR to placing an order.

Providing a quality product and excellent customer service are of utmost importance to me. Most of my hats can be made in newborn - adult sizes. Please note that my measurements may not necessarily correspond to your child's age, and I implore buyers to purchase based off my measurements. Measurements are taken around the head and over the ears. My sizes are as follows: Newborn: 12 to 13" 0 to 3 Month: 13 - 14" 3 - 6 Month: 14" - 16" 6 - 9 Month: 16" - 17" 9 - 12 Month: 17" - 18" 1T - 2T: 18" - 19 1/2" 2T - 4T: 19 1/2" - 20 1/2" 4T - preteen: 20 1/2" - 21 1/2" Adult: 21 1/2"+ I can also take custom requests down to micro preemies and up to sizes that will accommodate dreadlocks. Please don't hesitate to ask about a custom size for yourself.

Verifying Shipping Address

Buyers are responsible for verifying they have annotated the correct shipping address on their order. All orders are shipped to the address annotated on the order, unless I'm otherwise notified PRIOR to the order being shipped. Once an order is shipped, I am unable to retrieve/reroute it in the event the order shipping address is incorrect. Buyers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with an item being returned to me, or shipped a second time (to the intended address), if they have not provided the correct address on the order. Buyers will be invoiced for any associated shipping costs if they would like their order to be re-mailed a 2nd time.

Notes To Seller During Checkout

Any requests made in the "notes to seller" area during checkout including color, size, style, additions, and/or removals cannot be accommodated without prior approval by me. If you would like changes made to any item, contact me prior to purchase to see if I am able to accommodate your request.

Returns and Exchanges

* Notify me of your intent to return within 14 days of delivery date. * Buyer must return item within 14 days of delivery date. Item(s) received outside of this window will not be refunded. * Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. * Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition. This includes obvious wear. If an item arrives smelling of smoke, perfumes, or other obvious detergents, no refunds will be given as I CANNOT and WILL NOT sell these items to another buyer. * Express/Overnight shipping charges are NOT refundable. **** FORCED RETURNS, where an item is returned to me without my prior approval via Etsy messages, will NOT be refunded. ****
