This is actually the second family portrait I've had commissioned with Kadie. We had an addition to the family and I wanted to update our original portrait. She followed my requests to a T and got our new portrait shipped out within a day or two. Shipping received 4 stars instead of 5 because there were issues with USPS. Will likely use these services again to update when the boys get older. My wife loved the first one and loves this one even more.
