Custom and personalized orders

If you want a custom piece that isn't available. Please feel free to ask about one or custom order one. When it comes to the orders it does take time to tat so please be patient. Sometimes it is hard for me give a specific timeframe of how long to tat a custom item. I do try to get it finished as soon as possible.

For most of my listings here is what you can do: use detergent that you like to use (no bleach) and hand wash the item. When you finish that lay it out to dry. After it is dry you can iron it to flatten it out (depending on the item).

I always ship Priority mail. With that insurance is included along with a tracking number. When it comes to fragile items such as candle holders and mason jars I pay a fragile fee so your item gets there safely. For International orders, I can't mark it as a gift on the customs papers (That is US law). It will be marked "merchandise" on the customs papers. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees that need to be paid. Also, international order will be shipped first class with insurance added on to it. The length of time is about 6 to 10 days but that may vary with customs. If you have any questions about this please feel free to ask me and I will answer the best to my ability!

If you ask for a specific size doily... I will try to make it as close to that size as possible. If the size you want isn't listed please just ask.
