In case of the sculptures we send your item as an EMS shipment, and give you the tracking number when marking the item shipped on Etsy. If your item is available at the moment of your purchase, it will be shipped within 24 hours. If it is a piece made to order, the time needed for it to be ready for dispatch will be indicated in the description of the item.

Sculptures can be imported duty-free to the US. For other countries' regulations please check with your local customs office before ordering. Buyer will be responsible for all taxes and customs fees incurred.

Any other items will also be sent either via EMS or some other trackable postal service.

Orders to Europe should take 1 to 7 business days to arrive. Outside of Europe, delivery is estimated at 4 to 8 business days.

For shipping we try to use sustainable materials whenever we can. That means clean cardboard boxes made of 100% recycled paper and biodegradable corn starch based packing peanuts. When the shape of the item makes it more prone to break, plastic bubble foil and packing foam might also be used.

EMS doesn't offer special handling for fragile items. Under normal circumstances our packing method ensures safe delivery for the sculptures. However, if you have a different transport service you prefer, or would like us to find you a provider who does insure fragile items, please let us know in advance and we revise our listing for you. Just please know that in this case, shipping costs are expected to go considerably higher than the ones you see now with our listings. The buyer is responsible for asking for shipping upgrades.

We reserve the right to change shipping costs at any time as necessary.

Once an item is confirmed as delivered, we are no longer liable for that package. Please make sure that it is intact before accepting it.
