YES! we love custom pieces! Our procedure on custom pieces are as follows: -Contact us to discuss what you are looking for...verbiage, size, coloring, etc -We will discuss a general design and create a custom listing just for you, -After purchase, we will send you a design proof for you to look over and tweek if necessary, -After you have approved design, we get started painting! *PLEASE NOTE* we do not offer refunds on custom items after we have started the painting process...if you would like to request a refund, please make sure you let us know before final approval on design.

WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG TO SHIP OUT?

Great question! We usually have a working list of orders open and we do stay booked around 3-4 weeks in advance year round. :) All our signs are made to order and Jamie and I do everything from buying and picking up the wood in bulk, cutting each piece to the correct dimensions, painting the backgrounds and distressing, cutting our frame wood down to size, painting the text on your sign, sealing it with the top coat, framing it and attaching hanging hardware on the back. The two of us ALSO pack and ship every single sign and take the time to talk to all you amazing people! It is definitely a time consuming process making sure every detail is perfect and we would never want to rush your sign out to just get to the next one!

CAN YOU SHIP TO ALASKA OR HAWAII?

We are happy to ship to all 50 states - however, there may be additional shipping charges when shipping to AK or HI so please contact us BEFORE ordering.

Our wooden signs are made exclusively by the two of us and are painted by hand for a classic look and feel. Every piece of wood we use is unique and will vary in grain and knots, adding character to every sign, so yours will always be an original piece.

Your order will ship within 3-4 weeks from time of purchase. We ship all our items via UPS GROUND which is generally 2-5 day shipping. We also offer EXPRESS shipping for an additional charge.
