This item is indeed available in multi pack of 3 sizes (which is what the main photo depicts) but also single elephant stencils. You purchased a single elephant stencil, not a multi pack. We contacted you regarding and offered to refund your item or help you purchase the multipack of sizes. But you declined our offers to assist by not responding. We are sorry for any misunderstanding though - I just wish that you could have let us offer customer service to resolve the issue before leaving us this review.
