We post items by La Poste, France using a tracked mail service and we always obtain proof of posting.

If I order several items is there a discount on postage?

If you wish to order several items together our Etsy shipping profiles will automatically recalculate the shipping costs of sending the items in one package but do check with us first as there may be a saving available depending on the weight of the items together.

I haven't received my item, can you help?

We send all packages by tracked mail and obtain proof of posting for all our items. Once posted we cannot be held responsible for any delay in the receipt of the items but you are able to track the progress of your package through either La Poste or your home country postal service by typing in the tracking number shown on your dispatch notification.

All threads are hand dyed in France by Anne Sophie of Fils à Soso. As these threads are hand dyed there will inevitably be slight colour variations from one batch to the next, please try to ensure that you order sufficient for your project at one time.

We photograph all the hand dyed threads ourselves and try to portray the colours as accurately as possible. Different monitors though do display colours in different ways so we cannot guarantee exact colour matches. We can try to identify the nearest Anchor or DMC shade for you if an exact match is more crucial to your project – please contact us before ordering.
