Effective October 1, 2021, We will not ship to Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Africa, Middle East and Asia. Due to Covid-19, the shipments are taking much longer and also getting lost in transit.
We will try to resume international shipping as soon as things streamline.

Online shopping may bring surprises. If the item did not meet your expectations, let us know within 24 hours of the receipt, and we will accept returns- only if the item is in original packaging and condition. Once used, we cannot accept returns. The buyer is responsible for shipping it back. Refund will be processed within 24-48 hrs of receipt of item.

Pillows, custom made items cannot be returned or exchanged or cancelled once production has begun.

I try to ship the orders at the earliest. If you change your mind before the order has been shipped, I will gladly refund your money. If the shipping label has been generated, I will refund after deducting the shipping cost.
Once the order has left me, I cannot accept any cancellations.

I use high resolution images to give an accurate idea of the product. Every computer or device may present a minor difference in colors.

Colors of threads on Kantha items will vary. Not every piece has the same colored threads. For multiple orders of the same item, I try to match the thread colors to the best of my capacity. Including altering the threads before shipping. :)
If you have any special request regarding thread colors, please let me know before placing your order.

We use USPS as our primary domestic shipping service. If your order contains multiple items, I will try to ship them as one package and refund the balance amount after deducting S&H.
In cases of over sized items in your order, we may have to ship the items separately as needed.
Upgrades are available. To avoid confusion in shipping costs for multiple items, it is better to convo me before placing your order so that I can create a custom listing and shipping for you.

I usually work with natural fabrics only. Mainly silk and cotton and hand printed versions of both silk and cotton.
New cotton fabrics are finished and polished before being sold. But that does not make them product ready.Cotton fabrics are color treated before I start working on them. This may make the fabric look like gently worn or used.

But rest assured, it is an all new fabric. I will clearly mention it if it is an upcycled fabric.

Hand printed fabrics need special care and I also try to let it bleed all it has to before it reaches you. This may include slight color or texture loss.

Whatever you order from our shop is handmade. Hand made by a person. :)
Hand printed or made items always have a certain degree of error.
Hand block printing, Kantha, etc. are very labor intensive works. It takes hours of hard work to make them. Please expect subtle or negligible errors like a few crooked stitches in Kantha or a not so aligned block print. Or the indigo ran just a bit over the white area.

I try to ensure that it is almost perfect and any irregularities are trimmed off.
If the fabric does not have very minor error, there is a chance, it may not be hand printed. These minor things add authenticity, character and uniqueness to the piece.
