What is the standard shipping method used for USA shipments?

We ship USPS First class for single items with delivery usually in 2-5 days. We will automatically upgrade your order to USPS Priority (2-3 days) when you purchase 2 or more items so no need to add the Priority upgrade.

What is the return/exchange policy?

Return policy: We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please let us know as soon as possible that you would like to return or exchange your purchase. Item must be returned within 2 weeks of delivery and must be in its original, unused, unwashed condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is undeliverable or returned to us by the postal service as undeliverable, non-payment of customs fees, etc., we will contact you immediately. Postage fees to re-ship are charged to the customer. If the customer decides to cancel the sale there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from their refund. If we don't hear from you and your item is left unclaimed for 30 days it will be consider forfeited and no refund will be given.

Each pareo is meticulously hand-printed in the traditional batik method. Our sarongs have sewn edges for long lasting wear without fraying and no fringe.

Hand washing the first time is good. It helps remove any leftover flecks of wax from the batiking process. Then go ahead the next time and MACHINE WASH, GENTLE cycle with a low temp dry. Ironing is not recommended.
