elastic waist goes from 12-17 inches

Med Size:
Automatically included for sizing 24 months and up
about 10 inch length
elastic waist goes from 15-21 inch waist

Shirt washing instructions, Birthday tutu outfits is NOT responsible for any results due to washing/drying. We are not in control of you or the machine and have sent you a brand new item that is ready for use. These are brand new shirts heat pressed in a 400 degree press, and quickly sealed in your mailer. There is no need to was before the big day.

Here are the shirt instructions for washing after they are worn for the big day (or just play), just for your records,they must be followed:
1.Turn shirt inside out,wash in WASHING 'Machine'.
2.ONLY normal or short cycle (cold or warm water),
NO pre-soaking
3. Remove IMMEDIATELY when
washing is complete.
DO NOT let sit in the washer,
5,10,20 minutes is NOT immediately, I cannot be responsible for the results.
This shirt will NOT bleed if removed immediately & then..
4. DRY IN A DRYER machine,
Medium or high heat right after washing.
High heat may shrink shirt, 100% cotton.
Do NOT hang or lay out to dry
ONLY a Dryer 'Machine' for drying the shirt can be used.
5. Do not IRON on the design itself.

As any product with a young child, require adult supervision where wearing, or those products with small pieces are not for use with children 3 and younger and/or those who would put them in their mouths.

If the order is scanned as delivered to the address provided during checkout, first make sure you input the correct address on your receipt.
Next, contact the delivering post office immediately and speak with a supervisor who needs to check the GPS location of where it was delivered so they can locate it for you.
Possibly ask close neighbors if they received if feasible. Lastly, unfortunately, package theft is not covered by Shipping Insurance and we cannot/will not replace orders or refund orders
at our expense that were made, shipped and scanned as delivered to the requested 'ship to' address
