What is your returns & exchanges policy?

The product must be returned to us within 14 days from the date the product is received. All returned products must be in their original condition. --A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. --A 15% processing fee applies for the cancellation of any order. --If the total cost of an order that qualified for free shipping is reduced to the point where it no longer qualifies for free shipping as a result of returned items, the free shipping will be deducted. --If the total cost of an order that qualified for a certain discount is reduced to the point where it no longer qualifies for that specific discount as a result of returned items, the discount will be deducted or reduced accordingly. We do not accept exchanges.
