Handmade jewelry will come to you in a satin or cotton gift bag. A gift box is available for no additional fee. If you would like a gift box please leave a comment upon check out.

Vintage goods are sold as is. Although wiped down, they are not thoroughly cleaned. People purchase vintage goods for a variety of reasons. Many people prefer the item to be in the original condition with the original patina. If you have any questions regarding the condition of an item please ask.

When you ship through Etsy your items are NOT automatically insured. The amount of insurance you purchase should cover the total amount of the purchase (the amount of the product plus shipping). * First Class Mail does not provide insurance for your items. * Priority Mail does provide a limited $ insurance for your items. Tracking: USPS provides tracking on domestic shipping. IMPORTANT: USPS First Class International Shipping Does NOT Provide Tracking after the package leaves the US. What is your return policy?

Due to Covid-19 RibbonsandGlass can no longer accept returns or exchanges. We hope this is a temporary policy. While we want you to be happy with your purchase, please ask all questions before purchasing. In case of damage, please photograph packaging and items and contact me immediately. Do not throw out the packaging!
