Shipping
We aim to dispatch your purchase within 1 – 2 business days after payment is received, but please allow up to 14 days for UK package deliveries (less for large letter deliveries, such as ACEO's), and up to 28 days for non UK deliveries, although we hope that they will arrive sooner. We are currently using the Royal Mail service. But may use other couriers for larger deliveries.

ALL items are securely and professionally packaged.

- Art prints and original encaustic art are packaged using protective card and plastic sleeve, and a manila or padded envelope.
- ACEO’s are shipped in a clear bag, inside a small envelope with protective card or in a padded envelope.

Q. I am an international buyer, will I need to pay my country's Customs Charges and/or Duties?
A. Yes. It is the RESPONSIBILITY of the buyer to pay any and all VAT, Customs Charges and/or Duties in his/her country related to their purchase.

Encaustic Art
Encaustic art is created with molten coloured wax, the colours are a vibrant and pictures have a sheen. Due to the nature of the medium the artwork / paintings should be handled with care and not exposed to heat sources or direct sunlight for long periods of time. They may need a very soft polishing with a dry soft cloth occasionally. We recommend that pictures are displayed behind glass or, in the case of ACEO’s, in an art card album.

All artwork and photographs of any artwork are the copyright of the artist Carole Boyer and remain so even when sold. The artist retains the right to use copies, or prints of any of her artwork, sold or unsold. They may not be copied, used, saved or printed in any format without prior permission of the artist.

Grab bags of craft items
All grab bags are made up of a random selection of various items suitable for crafting – making cards or scrapbook pages for example. No two bags will be exactly alike and purchasers may not request specific items to be included.

I do accept commission orders for artwork. Please email me to discuss. I can then enter a commission listing for you to purchase.
