Can Custom or personalized orders be returned or exchanged if I ordered the wrong size?

Sorry! Custom/personalized items have been made just for you. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that the correct information is provided to complete the order. Once the order has been created, it is yours.

Can I exchange or return a non-custom item or an item that has not been personalized?

Yes, as long as the item is in it's original condition and packaging and is returned within 10 business days from the day that it was delivered to you. However as each item is made upon request, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are sent once your returned item has been received and I have confirmed that the item is still in it's original condition/packaging.

Help! My shipping address is incorrect! What can I do??

If your order has yet to be shipped, I will be happy to change the mailing address for you. If I have already shipped your package, grab the tracking number from your order information (under My Account > Purchases) and file a package intercept with the post office. You can do that on the USPS website for a fee of around $15. https://www.usps.com/manage/package-intercept.htm
