Item should have shipped in 48 hours, I had to contact the shop almost a week later to ask where it was. Absolutely zero communication from the shop owner before I initiated a conversation. The item DOES smell like smoke, contrary to the condescending 'about me' section accusing buyers of lying because they ordered the wrong size item. My insert is the perfect size, but was still thrown away because the overbearing cigarette stench, even after washing it. I didn't read any reviews/info on this shop before I got it, and wish I would have. Save your time and money....

If you wanted to return it you should of contacted me for a refund since it was listed as a ready made item and could be returned for a refund.... Most adults would have handle the problem by contacting the shop owner and trying to work it out. In Dec of 2015 I made and shipped 42 bags no complaints In Jan of 2016 I made and shipped 20 bags No Complaints Sorry One Complaint.. You can't please everybody all the time no matter how hard you try.. P.S. This is a non-smoking household..
