Custom and personalized orders

I do not accept returns on Custom pieces but will work you to correct any problems. Please contact me if there are any issues with sizing or fit so I can work with you to correct them.

Most cosplay and armor pieces are custom made to size so I may need to contact you for additional measurements to help get your order perfect. please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any issues or questions.

Chain mail is metal but that does not mean it is unbreakable. if you receive your piece and there is a problem please contact so we can work out a solution. Also with wear, the chain mail will pick up dirt which maybe become noticeable as gray rub off on the skin, this is perfectly normal and will come off with soap and water. Armor can be cleaned with a mild solution of dishsoap and water and should be dried completely after washing. Ring slippage over time is normal. Contact me for information and possible repairs. In general the first alteration or repair I will cover the shipping and return the item to you. after that you may be required to pay shipping costs to me but I will repair it for free and ship it back.
