How will I receive my item?

All items you receive will be digital files that you download and print yourself. • Instant Downloads are sent to you automatically by Etsy as soon as your payment clears. • Customized items are emailed to you within the time frame specified in the item description.

Hours/Days of Operation

Wellington Cove Design operates on business days, Monday through Friday, with the exception of any U.S. holidays (i.e. New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve).

When does the Turnaround Time start?

Turnaround time starts once I have received all necessary information to complete your order. This includes but is not limited to text, colors, size, and/or font.

Do you take custom orders?

I love creating custom items whenever it fits with my schedule. Please send me a custom request or conversation detailing what you're looking for, and I'll let you know if I'm able to take on your project and what the design fee would be.

Where should I print my items?

You can print your items at home on your printer (or a friend or relative's printer), at a print shop such as Staples or Kinkos, a local professional print shop, or an online printer such as vistaprint.com.

What paper should I print on?

I recommend printing on heavy card stock, 80 to 110 lbs. This can be found at many office supply stores, or if you choose to print at a print shop they will have a range of paper to choose from.

Why is my item printing the wrong size?

Your printer may be auto-sizing the file. In the print window, make sure you are printing at 100% scale, or if it says "Page Scaling" select "None". This will ensure your item prints at the correct size.
