Do you make everything yourself?

Yes. Every piece is designed, cut, sewn, and hand-embroidered by me in my atelier in Wattrelos, France. Nothing is outsourced. Nothing is mass produced.

How long does it take to create a custom garment?

Depending on the complexity, a couture piece requires 40 to 200 hours of handmade work. Production time varies from 4 to 12 weeks ( sometimes up to 6-8 months), depending on my current schedule and the level of embroidery.

Can you create a custom version of a design I see in your shop?

Absolutely. Every piece is made-to-order, and you can request: • color variations • different embroidery motifs • changes in silhouette • personalized details (initials, dates, symbols) Send me a message to begin your custom project.

Do you offer made-to-measure sizing?

Yes. Every piece is tailored to your exact body measurements. I will send you a detailed measurement guide and video so you can measure yourself at home.

Why are your prices higher than conventional bridal shops?

Because each piece is made entirely by hand in my French atelier. Depending on the design, a single gown or suit requires 40–200 hours of work: • made-to-measure pattern • hand sewing • hand embroidery • couture finishing techniques Your piece is created exclusively for you, one garment at a time by myself using couture savoir faire techniques. This is true couture—not factory production—which naturally influences the final price. Most clients choose my work because they want something unique, personal, and handcrafted to last a lifetime.

BRIDAL DESIGNS MADE TO MEASURE : Do you accept returns or cancellations?

At DAGMARA JOLY each bridal couture piece is individually designed and meticulously handcrafted to order, created exclusively for you from the very first cut by myself. As every garment is made to measure and tailored to your personal specifications, it cannot be resold to another client. For this reason, all bridal pieces are bespoke, made-to-order creations and are final sale and non-refundable. I approach every commission with the utmost care and dedication and am confident in the quality of my work. I kindly ask you to place your order with confidence. Please note that cancellations cannot be accepted once production has commenced. Upon confirmation of your order and measurements, materials are sourced and production begins immediately.

Please note that the size chart provided is for informational guidance only and does not correspond to standard ready-to-wear sizing systems you may be familiar with. My sizing system is unique and is based on my own atelier measurements and construction method. All creations are made to measure, and I work as precisely as possible from the measurements you provide to achieve the best possible fit. For this reason, accurate body measurements are essential, as each couture bridal or ready to wear piece is individually crafted specifically for you.

By placing an order on dagmarajoly you accept these Terms. All garments are handmade in France and made to the customer's specifications. All custom-made garments are non-refundable and excluded from the right of withdrawal under French Consumer Law (Article L221-28). Orders are shipped with tracking via La Poste. Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and for any customs duties or taxes.
