The Succulent Plant Sempervivum Pacific Blue Ice or Pacific Blue Frost is native to high altitudes of France and Italy. It is a hybrid the forms rosettes up to 3 inches in diameter with glaucous bluish-gray leaves blush rose at the tips and along the margins of the rosette. This hybrid produces offshoot plants. Although very cold tolerant, it is best to provide frost protection to prevent possible scarring.
