Due to the amount of work that we put into laying out designs and making changes we can make 2 revisions after your first proof for a total of 3 proofs. Additional proofs may incur a $5 charge per proof for additional revisions. The purpose of the proof is to verify that all the information you provided is correct so please consider your design requests carefully when placing your order :)

*** PLEASE NOTE: Your order WILL NOT ship until you have approved the proof. If the proof we send has not been approved we will extend your "ship by" date.

If you're order arrives and something is wrong please contact us! If it was our error (meaning you entered the information correctly and we made a mistake) we will send you a replacement at no charge even if you approved the original proof!

  In the event that you entered some information wrong we will happily send you a replacement with a small charge to cover the cost of shipping and materials.
