There is no limit to the amount of engraving for each areas - as long as it fits it is included.

Journals are dark brown in color, no two are exactly the same and your journal may be a little lighter, or a little darker, in color. If you have a preference in color shade we will do our best to find one that matches your preference from the existing stock on hand. We cannot accept returns for journals because the color does not match exactly the color in the listing photos. Please be aware of this when ordering.

HOW TO ORDER
• Determine how many engravings you would like. Refer to 2nd picture for clarification.
• Select number of engravings and product options from 1st drop down box.
• Select your Font Option. More than one font can be used – please clarify in the personalization box which additional fonts you would like to use.
• Enter your personalization information in the box provided - if your instructions exceed the available space a follow up message can be sent to include further instructions.
• We cut and paste directly from your instructions it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the instructions – including spelling and grammar – that they are submitting is correct. Refunds will not be given for incorrect instructions.
• Once this information has been entered you can “Add to Basket” and go to the check out page. If you are ordering more than one journal you can update the quantity there.
SHIPPING AND ORDER TIMELINES:
All shipping via UPS when available – UPS will not deliver to a PO box so in these cases USPS will be used - and most products will ship in approx. 6-9 business days from date of purchase. Sooner if possible.
We are a husband and wife team (sometimes with the kids help if they “feel” like helping out) and we do the best we can to keep up with orders. This does become more difficult during holidays – Christmas, Fathers/Mothers Day etc. – and timelines may be extended due to the large volume of orders we receive.
It always best to order as far in advance as possible as we engrave each item individually and this takes time.
If your order is urgent please advise with a follow up message once your order has been placed. We will do everything we can to rush your order if requested and express shipping upgrades can be purchased if required.
If we cannot meet your timelines full refunds will be processed upon request IF the engraving process has not been started.
LEATHER DETAILS
Our leather is authentic and distressed top-grain leather left just raw enough for you to leave your mark that looks fantastic when it has been laser engraved and personalized just for you. Leather will scratch and scuff which we think adds character to each piece. Scuffs can easily be rubbed out with a finger tip. If you prefer polished shiny leather please do not order this journal.
