Turnaround time varies depending on the product, but for most, it's 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri). However, much depends upon how quickly a proof is approved.

Once a proof is approved, it will usually ship within 2-3 business days. The exception being large custom orders, or something outside the scope of my regular listings.

Etsy has a personalization box included in the listings; you can put all of your text info there. If for some reason the box is not showing on your listing, you can use the 'notes to seller' option when checking out. You can also reach me via etsy convo

Nancy Nikko Design provides a digital proof on all personalized items, within 1-2 business days. Generally, it's arrives the day after you've ordered (Mon-Fri).
