-------------
This pattern includes Corner Suck Pads (also called curved) and Straight Suck Pads (also called rectangular) Protecting your straps from baby drool lessens the need for frequent washings and protects your straps from discoloration. These pads fit a Kinderpack™baby carrier best, but also fit other wide strap carriers.
The Curved Suck Pad has 3 sections that curve, making for a great fit. The curved pad is particularly good for those babies that are on the smaller size for their carrier as that corner region is at prime chewing height. I have a video on how to add the ruffles here: https://youtu.be/vmUogXGhkdM
The Rectangular ones are easy to sew and great for a beginner. You can even get some corner coverage by unsnapping the bottom snap and allowing it to flare at the base. Video here: https://youtu.be/wbFJUPUfyt4
Both patterns are made of 3 layers and are reversible, so you can pick some great fabrics that match or coordinate with your carrier. Or just fun fabrics you love. You can also choose to use PUL or other waterproof fabric inside or as the backing for ultimate carrier protection from that super drooler.
