We use private carriers to ship to your driveway just as a regular freight company would do. If White Glove delivery service is required, please make us aware of all the details of your request PRIOR to ordering. This will allow us to get an accurate quote from a carrier so they can be prepared with an extra person, equipment, etc. White Glove delivery includes anything other than unloading in your driveway.

All Cedar wood products can be stored outside. Cedar is naturally mold, mildew and pest resistant and is finished with a water based stain/sealant that carries a 6 to 10 year guarantee before reapplication of stain is needed. Number of years is dependent on your choice of semi-transparent or solid stain.

Shipping out of the country

At this time we do not arrange shipment out of the country. We are happy to build and crate a product for your carrier to pick up. This would include your arranging any international transfers, duties, etc.

Shipping Damage & Claims

Rustic WoodWorx ships all items FOB Origin. This means title transfers to the customer when the carrier picks up.
